Product Design
As the lead Product Designer with Demandware, I had the opportunity to shape the front-end design for the online and in-store shopping applications. This reference architecture would eventually become the cornerstone of Demandware’s future success as it empowered brands to quickly go to market and continuously innovate shopping experiences for their customers.
Implementations
The success of the application increased Demandware’s growth, creating a need to help brands onboard onto the platform. Transitioning into Client Services, I worked with clients and their partners to create high-fidelity prototypes, refine designs, and identify customizations that addressed the unique needs of the business and their customers. I successfully oversaw the launch of over 200 sites and reduced development time by 23%.
Shopper Journey Audits
After Salesforce acquired Demandware, I joined the Customer Success team as the Sr. Principal UX Designer & Strategist. I conducted over 1,000 customer experience audits, uncovering optimization opportunities and strategies to improve the overall shopper journey. As a result, some brands experienced significant increases in top KPIs, including: +228% increase in onsite search usage, +73% increase in basket rates, +250% rise in conversion, and in some cases, revenue increases of up to X2. These KPIs were qualified with the Commerce Cloud benchmarking program that I helped pilot. This highly sought-after program was created to show brands how they were performing in their competitive space and e-commerce as a whole.

Beyond my client-facing roles, I've actively contributed to the industry as a thought leader through my participation as a Salesforce Blog author, webinar creator and host, and as a session leader at major events like Dreamforce, Connections, and XChange.
